Effect of Employees Empowerment in Job Performance in Business Organizations "A Field Study on a Sample of Employees of Zain Jordan Telecom"

This Study sought to determine the role of empowerment employees on job performance, employees empowerment have been identified through its four dimensions were in (meaningfulness, self determination, competence of employees, development of job).
To achieve the above objectives, questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample consists (383) subjects and then analytical statistical technique such as (regression) were used to analyze the data. the study has reached the following conclusions:
- there was a statistical significant effect for meaningfulness and self-determination on performance.
- there was no statistical significant effect for development of job and competence of employees on job performance.
The study has recommended the followings: the need to address the development of perceptions of the four dimensions of empowerment, especially in the first level management by encouraging them to take responsibility and look at mistakes as opportunities to development in order to increase the level of performance.
